  1. Find your items

On the Market page, search an item by its name or browse the categories. The price shown is a « from » price: it depends on the options you pick.

  2. Pick the options and the quantity

Open the item: pick the packaging, adjust the quantity with − and +, add a detail if needed, then « Add to cart ».

Tip · An item « on quote » can be added too: our team prices it in its proposal.

  3. Check the cart

The cart estimates the total with the delivery for the port and the place (alongside, at anchorage, at the warehouse). Nothing is invoiced yet: proceed when everything is ready.

  4. Describe the vessel

Sign in (a code by e-mail is enough), then fill in the form: the vessel's name, its IMO number, and the details asked for your order. Fields marked with * are required.

Tip · Your last answers (vessel, contact, port) are filled in automatically on your next order.

  5. Where and when to deliver

Pick the port, the place and the requested date (Douala time). Some questions only show when they concern you: at anchorage, a note appears for the launch.

  6. Send the order

Pick your payment method, accept the terms and send. You get an e-mail with the order's reference at once.

  7. Follow it all the way on board

The order opens in « Mon espace »: our team checks it and sends you a proposal to approve. Each step is announced to you by e-mail, up to the signed delivery note.

Tip · The tracking link works without an account: give it to the captain or your shipping agent.
