Paying for a subscription or credits

   Renew from your subscription

   Open the subscription from « My subscriptions »: 30 days before the end, « Renew my subscription » appears. Choose the duration, the amount excl. and incl. VAT is worked out at once.

   Tip · On a free or trial plan? « Switch to a paid plan » opens the same panel. On a quote plan, our team prices it and sends you the payment request.

   Your payment request, right away

   A plan at its catalogue price is paid at once: « Continue to payment » creates your payment request, with its PAY-… reference, the amount to pay and the deadline.

   Pay by Mobile Money or bank transfer

   « Where to pay » gives the Mobile Money numbers and bank details of your request: copy them in one tap, pay the total from your phone or your bank, then tap « I have paid ».

   Tip · If possible, put the PAY-… reference in the transfer message; otherwise just keep the confirmation SMS.

   Say « I have paid »

   The sender's number and name are required: they are what lets us find your payment. The transaction reference, the date and a screenshot of the SMS or the receipt are optional.

   Tip · Need an invoice in your company's name? Open « Invoice in the name of… » and give the company name, tax ID (NIU) and trade register (RC) before confirming.

   Our team confirms, the invoice arrives

   We check your payment within one business day. Once confirmed, the request turns « Paid », your access is extended and the invoice reaches you by e-mail; it also stays in « My invoices ».

   Buy SMS or WhatsApp credits

   For a software that sends SMS or WhatsApp messages (MIAGSWE Event), the bottom of the subscription page shows your remaining credits and the packs on sale. « Buy », then « Order this pack »: a payment request appears, paid like a subscription, and the credits arrive as soon as it is confirmed.
